User Data Deletion
Last updated: 01 November 2025
The App stores local access tokens and minimal identifiers needed to publish content. No cloud database is used; all processing happens on a secure device controlled by the owner.
You can request deletion in two ways: (1) remove the app via Facebook settings, which triggers Facebook’s Data Deletion Callback (when configured); and/or (2) email us for manual confirmation.
Delete data via Facebook (recommended)
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- Remove the app(s) below. This action revokes access and may invoke Facebook’s data-deletion callback:
- App #1 — Daily Dose News‑contentManager
(ddn-contentmanager): Facebook upload - App #2 — DDN‑contentManager
(ddn_contentmanager): Instagram upload
- App #1 — Daily Dose News‑contentManager
- Optionally, email kmclabs.digital@gmail.com with subject “DDN Data Deletion” to receive confirmation.
Tip: Removal revokes permissions immediately. If a Data Deletion Callback URL is configured in the App Dashboard, Facebook will call it and we delete any remaining local records accordingly.
What we delete
- Local OAuth tokens (Facebook Page tokens; Instagram tokens) and minimal IDs (Page ID, IG User ID).
- Transient media container IDs and publish job state for Instagram’s two‑step
/media → /media_publishflow. - Operation logs related to your app authorization and publish attempts.
Retention: logs are kept for up to 90 days for troubleshooting, then purged. Tokens are deleted upon revocation or upon receiving a valid deletion request.
If you used YouTube only
- Revoke access at Google Account → Security → Third‑party access. This revokes our OAuth token and we delete any local token files.
Manual requests & contact
